List a Token on Gem Wallet

Check whether Gem Wallet supports a token by its network and contract address, and add a missing logo on GitHub.

How Tokens Get Listed in Gem Wallet

  1. Indexing. Gem Wallet adds a token automatically once a Gem Wallet address receives it or a price provider such as CoinGecko lists it.
  2. Logo. Logos come from the open-source Gem Wallet assets repository on GitHub, where anyone can add a missing one.
  3. Price. Prices come from market data providers. A token they do not list is still supported, without a price or chart.
  1. Select your token’s network and paste its contract address above.
  2. Select the token to open its folder in the assets repository.
  3. Upload the token’s official logo as a square PNG file named logo.png, 256 × 256 pixels, with a transparent background.
  4. Select Propose changes, then Create pull request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In the app, open Manage Tokens, add a custom token, select its network, and paste the token’s contract address.
The logo is published when the pull request is merged. Gem Wallet then syncs it, so this page and the app can take a while to show it.
Gem Wallet turns off tokens flagged as spam or malicious, for example tokens that copy the name and symbol of a well-known token. If you believe your token was flagged by mistake, contact Gem Wallet support.
