Collectible gifts have no fixed price: the seller sets it, and it starts at the floor of the collection. For example, in September 2026 the cheapest Snoop Dogg listing cost 617 Stars, Astral Shard cost 12,023 Stars, and Durov’s Cap cost 56,249 Stars. So a standard gift has one price for everyone, while a collectible one is priced by whoever is selling it.

The floor price of a Telegram collection is the price of the cheapest listing in it, and in the app it is visible right on the collection tile: the price badge on the cover is the floor.
Telegram does not publish a listing below the minimum price of the collection: if you try to set a lower price, the app answers with a warning like “You cannot sell gift for less than 7 Grams”. The app names the sales it used right in the panel: for one gift it is the price of its own last sale, for another it is the average sale price of the whole collection over the past month.

- Minimum Price: The floor of the whole collection - the same number as the price badge on the collection tile, only shown in the currency of your account instead of Stars.
- Average Price: The average sale price of the collection over the past month.
So a gift with a rare combination of traits can cost far more than the floor and the average price of its collection, and the other way around.

- The Collection Catalog: Settings → Send a Gift → pick yourself or any contact → the Collectibles tab. The price badge on the tile is the floor price.
- The Collection Screen: Open the collection and look at the listing counter and the prices of the first items.
- The Currency Filter: Turn on “Show listings for Stars only” - the difference from the previous screen is the markup for paying in Stars.
- The Gift Card: The model, the symbol, and the backdrop come with a rarity percentage: the rarer the combination, the higher the price of the listing above the floor.
- The Value Panel: The estimate of the gift, the minimum and average price of the collection, and the sale history; Telegram counts it from sales on its own marketplace and on Fragment.

A standard Telegram gift has neither a floor nor a price on the marketplace: it cannot be sold and cannot be transferred to another user, so no secondary market forms around it.
All Telegram gives you is an estimate in Stars and a convert button, and the conversion is always a loss: for example, a gift with an estimate of 25 Stars converts into 21 Stars, which is 16% less. In the confirmation window Telegram warns that the conversion is available for 7 days after you receive the gift and that the gift will be gone for good - “This will permanently destroy the gift”.
